Application Access Information

Please read the following information carefully before starting your application.

  • If there are issues uploading documents, it is recommend that applicants continue to complete and submit the form and then email the supporting documents to disasterassistance@ruralaid.org.au.
  • Please note that documents must be submitted within 24 hours of Rural Aid receiving the application, otherwise the application may be voided.
  • Once your application has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. 
  • Applications submitted that do not match the correct state for that state allocation will not be accepted.

Please note: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your application has been successfully submitted. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this email.  Failure to receive this email indicates that your application has not been submitted successfully.

After the application period closes, a second confirmation will be sent to those whose applications are being considered. 

Rural Aid is a charity with limited resources, and only a set number of water tanks are available each round. We understand how important this support is and that it can be disappointing to miss out.
